When registering your account, the automatic online verification system checks your VAT number to ensure it is valid.

For non-Italian companies within the EU, the system also checks whether you are registered in the VIES database. If so, the applicable tax rate will not be applied, which you will pay in your home country.

If you require quantities greater than 1 item, please indicate the number of items for which you're requesting a quote, and we'll provide you with a better quote if possible.

If you require a quantity that isn't available online, please indicate the number of items you'd like, and we'll update the quote if possible and provide the availability date.

By clicking the box, you can also preview the items included in the quote request.

Clicking QUOTATIONS takes you to the form below.

Fill in the NOTES field if necessary, and then click SEND to submit the request.

You will receive an email as shown below with the request reference number. We will respond as soon as possible.

Once your request has been processed, you will receive a new email with the response to your questions.

If you wish to accept the quote, you can click on the link and be redirected to your cart, where you will find the requested products and can enter the discount code indicated in the message, then complete the remaining steps of the purchase process.
