The CdS (Art. 344 (Art. 142 Highway Code paragraph 4) imposes permanent speed limitations for "MOTOR CAR TOWING TRAILER".
Art. 54, paragraph 1, defines the maximum speed allowed: 70 km/h on extra-urban roads; 80 km/h highways.
On the rear part of the trailers indicated in article 142, paragraph 4, of the Code they must be affixed clearly visible. the signs made of retro-reflective material, showing the prescribed speed limits in numbers.
Each sign must comply with standards and meet the characteristics listed below: dimensions and colours: support materials: aluminum or adhesive film; retroreflective material: high efficiency film (class 2).
The sign showing the 70 km/h limit must be positioned in the rear left part of the trailer, the sign showing the 80 km/h limit must be positioned in the rear right part of the trailer.
The markings referred to in this article must conform to the type approved, on the basis of the aforementioned characteristics, by the Ministry of Transport and Navigation.
Each mark must visibly bear the approval mark according to the type determined by the Ministry of Transport and Navigation.
