CBE and Nordelettronica product REPAIR.
We are not a CBE and Nordelettronica service center but only dealers.
If you need to repair a faulty CBE or Nordelettronica product, or because the faulty item cannot be replaced with a new one because it is out of production,please send us an email request to the email address indicating the model (photograph of the printed circuit board with the label showing the item code in digits 0000.000.00), the description of the defect found.
The amount of € 60.00 requested includes the shipping costs to the company's service, the cost of returning it to us and the cost of analyzing the device (€ 10 + € 10 + € 40).
Upon completion of the order process, you will receive an order confirmation.
It is the responsibility of the customer to ship to our address and pack the product correctly, so that it does not suffer damage during transport.
The convenience of wanting to carry out a repair should be carefully evaluated as a quote cannot be made on repairs as its cost is often close to the cost of finding the fault.
The repair time is about 10/15 days from the moment the item to be repaired arrives at CBE or Nordelettronica.
Nordelettronica will analyze the device received, and will notify us of the repair estimate or the impossibility of carrying out the repair or replacement with a new device. In turn, we will send the customer the repair estimate including the cost of sending it back to the customer's address, deducting the amount of €40.00 already paid by the customer and we will wait for authorization for the repair.
