DEKASEAL 8936 LIGHT GREY CARTRIDGE 310 ML

Dekasyl 8936 is a high performance polyisobutylene (PIB), a slightly tacky, non-hardening, permanent plastic sealant that can be easily removed on its own, although it cannot be painted over.

APPLICATIONS

• Sealing of overlaps and joints in caravan, camper and truck construction
• Sealing of screws and connections, knobs, tapes, brackets, fasteners, panel and awning trim, rails
• Sealing of opening roof systems, ventilation systems, windows and bathroom fixtures
• Suitable for use between metal plates, glass, GFK, wood and other materials
• Rubber-glass joint sealing in buses, cars and trucks

MEMBERSHIP

Dekasyl 8936 works perfectly without pre-treatment, clean, dry, dust-free and grease-free on substrates of aluminium, stainless steel, galvanised steel, zinc, copper, brass, powder-coated metal, most lacquered metal surfaces, glass, PVC, polyester (GRP), painted and lacquered wood, etc. Does not adhere to polyethylene, polypropylene and Teflon without any special treatment.
