However, our kind customers are asked to check the condition of the package at the time of delivery as information received during the order confirmation phase and shown below.
We ship throughout Italy including islands and to EU countries indicated by the flags shown on the homepage, excluding some disadvantaged codes, Greece, Cyprus, Malta. For the latter countries, it is necessary to request a quote for shipping costs and make payment by bank transfer.
We also ship to non-EU countries such as the UK and Switzerland.

For EU countries (excluding those listed above), UK and Switzerland, the minimum cost of shipping is the Economy one, which corresponds to a package with a maximum weight of 2 kg and with dimensions, the sum of the three sides, not exceeding one meter
It is necessary to request a cost estimate for the shipment of items that exceed the limits indicated.

· Economy for other EU, UK and Switzerland countries €22.00.

"Locker", the automatic locker for the delivery and collection of packages.
Thanks to "Locker Italia", the e-commerce Joint Venture set up by Poste Italiane and DHL eCommerce for the collection and shipment of packages, the new locker is already operational and is available seven days a week, 24 hours a day.
The main advantage of these "smart" lockers is that they allow citizens to be able to collect, or send a package, according to their own timing, avoiding the risk of unsuccessful delivery attempts due to the absence of the recipient or being conditioned by traditional home delivery times. Lockers, therefore, are "alternative" tools that further improve the quality of services to support e-commerce, making shipping and parcel collection operations even easier and more convenient for those who buy online.
Thanks also to a screen with clear and intuitive graphics, in fact, these modern and technological lockers are easy to use and above all guarantee security since the package is kept inside a compartment that can only be opened using the collection code, obviously in the possession of the recipient only.
By 2025, about 10 thousand Lockers are being installed throughout Italy, while in Europe they have already been active for some time.

Receipt of the package
When the order is processed and entrusted to the courier, you will automatically receive a message to your e-mail address as shown below in order to draw attention to the methods of acceptance of the package for delivery.

Dear customer, it is our priority to pack the products in the best possible way and make the shipment insured for the value of the contents; If the package arrives at its destination damaged, please follow the procedure described below for the receipt of materials.
In the presence of the courier, check that the package does not have:
• Torn, or perforated, or crushed, or wet, or open cardboard.
• If it is a long packaging that does not show bending or bending.
• Application of adhesive tape without our logo or with the courier's logo.
In these cases, or others that suggest that the content may not be intact, before signing the paper delivery document or the driver's (palmtop) terminal:
• Open the package with the driver, if he is available to wait.
• If the driver is not available, indicate the SPECIFIC RESERVE of control indicating the details.
• Photograph what is written on the paper, or on the driver's (palmtop) terminal.
• When opening the package, in case of damage, report what you have found immediately by sending us a WhatsApp copy or e-mail.
In the event that the driver refuses the reserve, REJECT the package and report the incident to us immediately.
Only SPECIFIC RESERVATIONS are accepted with the details of the anomaly found and not GENERIC ones that would not allow us to open the file with the transporter.
In the latter case, PIT STOP CAMPER will not be required to replace or refund the material.
