i MANAGER is the innovative management system for all batteries and energy requirements on board which, mainly, allows to avoid the “permanent parallel” connection of the accumulators.

i MANAGER constantly works by monitoring the voltages of the two batteries and taking into account the charging and discharging currents, decides and automatically selects the battery to use, with the aim of always keeping them at the same charge level to optimize their performance.

There are many functions, the most important being the automatic battery disconnect, which is activated in three different cases:

• When the tension of one or both
  the batteries falls below the critical limit of 10.5V.
• When the voltage of one or both batteries remains below 11V for more than 15 minutes.
• When the temperature measured on one or both batteries exceeds the limit threshold of 70 °

This prevents loss of efficiency or irreversible damage.

i MANAGER also has an output dedicated to the engine battery; when the system detects a charging source (mains charger or solar panel) on the service batteries and the latter are 100% charged, it sends a maximum current of 4A to the engine battery to keep it charged, thus avoiding unpleasant surprises when restarting from long stops.

From the Display it is possible to interact with the system, displaying various information including the state of charge of the accumulators.
